Ikea's Maximera drawers have slanted drawer sides, meaning that the width at the bottom is narrower than higher up. This affects how you should measure when ordering custom drawer inserts.

• Drawer mats: Drawer mats are placed at the bottom of the drawer, inside the drawer sides. Therefore, we need the width and depth measured at the bottom of the drawers, as the mats lie flat there.
• Cutlery inserts: Our cutlery inserts are 55 mm high. To fit perfectly, we need the width of the drawer at exactly 55 mm height. The width there is slightly larger than at the bottom. However, the depth can be measured at the bottom, as the drawer has straight angles at the front and back.
