Do you need new kitchen drawers for your kitchen but it’s not yet time to replace the entire kitchen? Then you have come to the right place! Here, you have the opportunity to order soft-closing kitchen drawers with full extension for your existing cabinets, custom-made to your exact measurements without needing to replace the doors or drawer fronts! The drawers fit both Ikea Faktum and Metod, as well as brand new cabinets from, for example, Marbodal, Ballingslöv, and Kvik.

This is a complete drawer set with 2 soft-closing drawers without fronts. The drawers are delivered flat-packed and can be assembled in your existing cabinet, after which you can place your fronts on the drawers. The drawers come with a guide rail ladder for easy installation of the guides in the cabinet (read more about the guide rail ladder under More Info). This gives you the chance to get custom-made kitchen drawers with damping without having to replace cabinets or drawer fronts.

• Choose from 4 different depths for the drawers. The width is customized according to your chosen measurements in millimeters.
• Drawer fronts or doors are not included!

Measurements

Drawer measurements:

• Total height 235 mm and internal height is approx. 180 mm. The drawers require fronts that are at least 240 mm high.

For us to manufacture the drawers to your measurements, we need three different measurements from you:

1. The internal width of the cabinet. Measure the inside of the cabinet from the right side to the left side.
2. The internal height of the cabinet. Measure the inside of the cabinet from the bottom to the top.
3. The measurements of the drawer fronts. Measure your existing drawer fronts, width and height, and provide the measurements in the field.

Material

• The bottom and back are made of white-painted wood and the sides are in white metal.

Assembly

• A drawer consists of the following parts: Custom-made bottom part in wood, custom-made back in wood, metal sides, back adapter for mounting the sides and back, cover caps for the adjustment area, and front fittings for mounting fronts.
• The drawers come with a guide rail ladder for easy installation of the guides in the cabinet. A guide rail ladder consists of guides mounted on durable metal strips, like a ladder, so you don’t have to measure the height for each drawer in the cabinet during installation. The guides are then easily mounted with two guide rail ladders on each side of the cabinet for all 3 drawers. This makes the installation quick and easy, and the drawers become durable and stable.
• The drawers are delivered flat-packed and assembled with the help of the included instructions. All parts for assembly are included in the delivery, including screws and fittings for existing fronts. Should any questions arise during assembly, we are happy to offer support by phone.

Drawer information

• All our drawers have soft-closing, which means they are damped and do not slam shut, but instead, the last part slows down and the drawer gently slides into the cabinet. The drawers also have full extension, meaning the entire drawer comes out of the cabinet. When the drawer is fully extended, the back edge of the drawer should be at the very front of the cabinet.
• This model of drawer is equivalent to the design of Blum’s Tandembox and has sloping drawer sides like the Tandembox.

• Each drawer can handle up to 35 kg in weight.
