• Shaping and design: The leather is shaped and adjusted to the handle. For wrapped handles, a technique is used to thin one edge for smooth seams. For handles with full leather pieces, thicker leather is used.
• Assembly: The leather is attached with water-based glue and wrapped evenly around the handle. Finally, the leather is greased for protection, and excess glue is removed.
• The work requires patience and skill for an even and durable finish. All our fittings are hand-wrapped by a skilled saddler.
